7. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documents or information issued by Prima Food shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Prima Food.

  International Delivery

1. Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars.
   
   
2. Customs regulations may prevent us from shipping certain products to certain geographical locations. Prima Food Pte Ltd will assist in facilitating customs approval by providing the ingredients declaration forms as and when required.
   
   
3. Prima Food Pte Ltd will not be held responsible in the event that orders delivered are rejected by the customs authority of your geographical location. Additional costs incurred in re-directing or cancellation of the orders will be borne by the customers.
   
   
4. All shipments may be subject to Customs charges which Prima Food is unable to estimate prior to clearance. Prima Food Pte Ltd strongly suggests that you check with the customs authority of your geographical location prior to purchase. All import taxes/duties/broker fees are the responsibilities of the customer.
